Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions carefully, as you are agreeing to these when you book the hire of your machine.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are not issued for any machine that has been dispatched unless they are deemed faulty and proof is provided.

We are unable to issue the refund of a machine if you change your mind once it has been dispatched or if you did not end up using the machine in your labour.

The cancellation of your machine hire can occur before your order has been dispatched if received via email, a refund will be processed less a $10 administration fee.

We reserve the right to cancel your machine hire if the machines become unavailable or out of stock. In this case, a full refund will be processed.

DELIVERY

We do our best to get your machine to you by the day you have selected and we are not responsible for any delays in delivery services.

You are responsible to use the postage bag and shipping label provided to return your machine by the end of your hire period. Please advise as soon as possible if you your machine will be late.

DAMAGE

You are responsible to return the machine in the quality it was received in (if the machine is damaged while in your care, email us as soon as possible to let know).

The package is to be returned with the machine, lanyard and cables that were supplied. If not all returned, a charge may occur.

A fee of $170 will be charged if the machine is damaged, lost or stolen.

USE OF THE MACHINE

The machine remains the property of A Space for Mama.

It is your responsibility to use the machine as it is intended to be used and to follow the instructions provided and on our website.

A Space for Mama will not be responsible for any damage or injury due to misuse of the machine.

This machine is intended for use in Labour.
Please be sure to read the precautions below to ensure it is right for you:

-Do not use this machine before 36 weeks gestation

-Do not use the electrode pads anywhere other than the lower back as the instruction pictures show

-Do not use if you have a heart arrythmia or pace maker

-Do not use the machine in water

-Do not place the electrode pads on an open wound

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
