Your transition into motherhood whether it be the 1st time or the 5th time is so special and it deserves to be supported, nourished & honoured.

I'll be honest in saying that I often felt quite lonely in my Pregnancy & Post Partum, even with lots of supportive friends & family around me.

Now this is why I have created this offering for Mama's...

Think of this me as your non judgemental friend/support person/sounding board/doula all rolled into one AND in your pocket!

I wanted to create this as an affordable & accessible option for Mama's so they can feel supported during their pregnancy & post partum.

With my experience working with women for over 7 years, combining my knowledge as an Acupuncturist, Coach and Doula, I am able to bring my expertise together so I can deeply support you so you can feel empowered and nourished along the way.

This is for you if...

How it works...

This support is 100% online and 10000% individualised to you!

This is a Doula in your pocket....

~You will get a 30 minute zoom chat to kick everything off so I can get to know you, your family & your desires/goals for your pregnancy and/or post partum

~Whatsapp support from me 6 days a week (Sunday is fam day) 9am-5pm

~You will be responded to within 2-3 hours (most likely sooner)

~4 week minimum commitment

~Investment $250 AUD (payment plans are available if needed)


ADD ONS

~2 week add on- $80 AUD

~Birth Planning OR Post Partum Planning session via zoom (includes google doc or notes/action plan) $125 AUD

I'm TTC, is this for me?

Absolutely, if you feel like you need some extra support, no matter where you are on your fertility/mama journey. I am here to help!

This can be SUCH an overwhelming time and I can be there to help provide you with support, encouragement, recommendations to help you and whatever else you feel you may need.

Weaving together my knowledge from supporting women for over 8 years, I am here to offer you the guidance and support so you can feel empowered and nourished along your journey!

My baby is 6 months old, can this still help me?

YES! No matter where you are on your Post partum/motherhood journey, this support is still invaluable.

To know that you have someone you can reach out to, provide unbiased advice/support, is there to listen so you can vent when things are a bit tough.

The aim of this is for Mama's to feel supported so if you feel like you need a bit extra, I would love to help you!

Are you offering any in person doula support?

At the moment, unfortunately not as I am at home with our little Rainbow baby.

This is hopefully something I will open up again in the future so I can support more Mama's in their homes!

Distant Reiki/Energy Healing

During these sessions, I will work on your energy systems, aura and chakras to help support you in feeling more relaxed, clear and empowered. We can work on specific emotions or feelings that have maybe been leaving you feeling stuck so you can begin feeling more clarity & joy in your day to day life. At the end of the session, you will receive notes on your session about what came up throughout the session and what I think may be helpful for you moving forward!
